Health Resiliency

On Tuesday, March 6 from 7 to 8:30pm there will be a discussion about health resiliency at the Shelburne Senior Center. We hope that those who are community health providers and volunteers will come and lend their expertise to the conversation.

What would we do if we had a serious flu epidemic or health problem? What resources do we have and what could we do to boost our immunity and help our families and neighbors cope? What new information about new or confusing diseases, such as Lyme disease, is important for us to know and share?
