COOKING WITH ALICE
"Chop, Stir, Learn, Laugh, Enjoy"

Alice loves to cook, lives to feed people, and delights in sharing her knowledge gained from 25 years of professional cooking. Learn the techniques and fundamentals hands-on while Alice introduces you to the experience of cooking with all your senses. We'll take the time to really look athe the foods as they are prepared; notice how the aroma changes as they are cooked; tune in to the change in the sounds as the ingredients transform, and taste as teh dish progresses. Lear about deep flavors and surface flavors and about layering flaor into a dish. Appreciate the alchemy as separate ingredients marry & meld to create something altogether different. Most of all, have fun!

All classes will be held on Sunday afternoons at Alice's house.
Arrive between 2:30 - 3:00. Class is 3:00 - 6:00.
We will enjoy a meal with the foods we've created from 6:00 - 7:00 ish.
